On June 9, 1973, Ric married Janet Kay Lee at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Westphalia. When younger, he enjoyed bowling and playing softball; he later took up golf and continued to play for many years. Ric liked to mow lawns and raise tomatoes. Time spent visiting with friends and family over a beer was special to Ric, and they appreciated his ability to fix tires. Recently, he had the joy and privilege of serving as his young granddaughter’s full time babysitter.
